Wuxing Support

Wuxing is a five-elements card strategy app for iPhone. This page covers the common support paths for the first iOS release.

Getting Started

• Use Daily Oracle for a quick reading.
• Use Wuxing Duel to play the card battle mode.
• Use Card Collection to view unlocked cards and themes.
• Use Profile to review local progress and readings.

Audio

iOS requires a user gesture before app audio can start. If music or sound effects do not play, tap the audio button on the home screen or reopen the app and tap once inside the app.

Saving Images

When you save a share image, iOS may ask for photo access. Wuxing only uses this permission to save the image you requested.

Language

Wuxing starts in Chinese on Chinese-language devices and English on other devices. You can change the language in the app, and the choice is stored locally.

Data

Progress, readings, language choice, and audio settings are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app may remove this local data.

Beta Feedback

If you are using TestFlight, use TestFlight's Send Beta Feedback option. Include your device model, iOS version, what you were doing, and a screenshot if possible.
